Do not read for information only. Read for formation. Use this four-step rhythm every time you engage truth:
1) Reveal
Name the lie, fear, agreement, or habit being exposed. You cannot break what you will not name.
2) Reframe
Write the truth from Scripture that replaces it. Truth is not a vibe — it is a replacement agreement.
3) Require
Take one concrete action the same day. Small action done now is better than large intention delayed.
4) Reinforce
Pray the chapter prayer and repeat one memory line morning and night until it stops feeling foreign.
If you want this to work, do not skip the action step. Insight without obedience becomes delay. Obedience turns insight into change.
