Optional DSP delivery — you stay independent
Alabasta is not a record label. We do not sign artists, take masters, or claim publishing. You own your music. Alabasta is home — jukebox, chart, Artist Home, and fan income.
What “opt-in DSP delivery” means
Later (Phase 6), you may choose to deliver releases to Apple Music, YouTube Music, and similar outlets through Alabasta’s release hub. Where a DSP or airplay system requires an administrative credit line, Alabasta may appear only for delivery and reporting — not as your label deal.
What stays true either way
- Opt-in only — uploading to the jukebox does not sign you to anything
- Non-exclusive — you can distribute elsewhere anytime
- You keep rights — masters and publishing stay yours unless you agree otherwise in writing outside Alabasta
- Split on sales: 80% artist · 10% platform · 10% pool (same as all sales on platform)
- Or use your own distributor — DistroKid, TuneCore, etc. Alabasta does not require our delivery lane
When to opt in
After you’ve built momentum here — chart week, fan base, income flowing. DSPs are discovery; Alabasta is where fans pay you fairly.
