The basics
- You keep your music. You give Alabasta permission to stream and promote it here.
- Alabasta is not a record label. We do not take ownership of your masters.
- All content must honor the Gospel Content Covenant — appeals process documented.
- Artist Pool is a platform royalty fund — not a trust, security, or on-demand wallet. See Artist Pool Policy.
- Fan purchases are final. Payouts follow published splits: 65/20/15 on engagement, 95/5/0 on single-track sales, 80/10/10 on albums and tickets.
- Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
Your account
One worshipper, one account. You may listen, bless artists, share your own music, DJ, or host events depending on your membership. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Uploads & copyright
You confirm you own or control rights to anything you upload. At each upload you must explicitly confirm samples, features, producers, songwriters, and cover licenses. Full policy in repo: Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Payments
Subscriptions and fan actions are processed by Stripe. Artists receive payouts through Stripe Connect when enabled. Platform fees are disclosed before you pay.
