Honor your collaborators and your church before the first Encourage hits. Set splits once at upload — Alabasta pays everyone automatically.
How splits work
When a listener pays you (Encourage, Interrupt, sale, etc.), Alabasta takes its platform share first. Your artist share is then split among everyone you listed — producer, featured vocalist, church tithe, co-writer royalty, etc.
Rules
- All split percentages must total 100% of your artist share
- Each collaborator needs a valid payout account (Stripe Connect)
- Church tithe is optional — many gospel artists set 10%
- Update splits before release; changes mid-chart week can cause confusion
Example
You keep 70% · Producer 20% · Church 10% = 100%. On a $10 Encourage after platform share, your 70% slice pays out automatically.
