Artist Broadcast Agreement

This is the simple permission that lets Alabasta play your music on the gospel jukebox, online gospel radio (including Live365 in US/Canada/Mexico), our global stream, and promotional channels — charts, Now Playing, social clips, church screens.

Version 1.0 · July 2026 · Non-exclusive — you keep your masters and can be on other platforms too.

What you grant (short version)

• Stream your songs on the Alabasta jukebox — rotation, encore, interrupt plays
• Broadcast via Live365 + partners (TuneIn, Alexa, etc.) where licensed
• Stream worldwide on Alabasta's CDN where Live365 doesn't cover
• Show your name, photo, bio, and artwork on profiles and promos
• Use up to 30 seconds of audio for social/newsletter promotion
• Transcode and cache audio for reliable playback

What Alabasta does NOT get

• Ownership of your masters or songwriting
• Exclusive rights — you can stream and sell elsewhere
• Sync/TV/film rights without separate written consent
• Right to remix your recordings

What you promise

• You own or control the recording and rights to grant this permission
• Samples, features, producers, and writers are cleared
• Covers have licenses or are public domain
• Content honors the Gospel Content Covenant
• You'll tell us promptly if a copyright dispute arises

How you accept

Default: When you upload music or apply as an artist and accept the Terms of Service, you already grant broadcast permission (Terms Part II — Content License & Streaming).

Optional: Artists may sign a one-page copy for their records — same terms, extra clarity. Email support@kingdomoflightinnovations.tech if you want a PDF.

Removing a track from Alabasta ends broadcast permission for that track (cached copies may take up to ~30 days to clear).

Not the same as DSP distribution. Putting music on Spotify/Apple via Alabasta is optional and uses a separate Distribution Agreement — only if you opt in. Jukebox upload + this broadcast permission is the standard artist path.
